*WE ARE NOT FLIPPERS OTHER THAN THE RANDOM EXCLUSIVE HERE AND THERE.
*WE DO NOT "TRADE".
*GRADING SCALE IS FOR WINDOWED VINYL ONLY.
Items that require removal & assembly are not included.
Mint Condition on removal/assembly items are graded by INNER CONTENTS ONLY.
Always will be accompanied by pictures & precisely noted if there is anything defective.
Even though we use stock photos, your items will arrive EXACTLY as described.
If there is anything whatsoever wrong with our item(s), IT WILL BE NOTED AND PICTURED.
*WE DO NOT TAKE PICS OF MINT CONDITION WINDOWED VINYL. If there are no pics, assume item(s) will arrive MINT!
*VINYL FIGURES ARE NEVER REMOVED. Whether they be Mint items or Non-Mint items.
*DISCOUNTED NON-MINT ITEMS are tallied by how deep scrapes/scratches, how noticeably windows are blemished or how many damages are to each box.
*DISCOUNTED NON-MINT PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
Please do not purchase items until you've browsed all pictures carefully!
*THERE ARE NO RETURNS FROM THE CLEARANCE AISLE.
If they look good enough for you to buy from the pictures, please don't resort to fraud.
We try to be as honest & forthcoming as possible with our customers.
*We do not discount for MINOR Bottom-of-Box scrapes/shelf wear, UNLESS THEY ARE SERIOUS. Always noted & pictured.
*We do not discount for MINOR Plastic Insert Warping. Sometimes that happens with manufacturer packaging. That's beyond our control!
*PAINT FLAWS are beyond anyone's control. If there is a paint flaw, it will be noted & pictured. We do not charge more for paint flaws.
*WHEN ORDERING A NON-MINT CONDITION ITEM:
No further damage will occur during shipping to you.
If something happens that is beyond either party's control, you will absolutely get your full refund upon return of item.
(In the event of a Natural Disaster or Cosmic Apocalypse, we'll have to cross that bridge when we come to it...)
*WE DO NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS TO BOX UP ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASE.

We are not the chain stores that just throw your items in the box with overstuffed air pillows, yet still charge you unless you buy up to a minimum.
*If you reach OUR MINIMUM, YOU WILL STILL GET PROPER SHIPPING & HANDLING.
We want your items to reach you precisely how you expect them to! ......as it should be!
*WE DO NOT RESPOND TO RUDE MESSAGES FOR ANY REASON.

Feel free to return any unopened merchandise within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Item(s) must be packaged & shipped, and must arrive in EXACT condition as it arrived for a full refund.
If item(s) arrive back to us damaged, you will only receive a partial refund depending on how damaged the item is.
*If item(s) are out of stock & you wish to exchange, a refund will be issued upon successful return of the item.
We are unable to process any returns or exchanges without an original invoice receipt, so we recommend contacting original buyer to assist you.
Returns are processed daily. Please allow us enough time to complete your return & make the appropriate arrangements for exchange/credits or full refund.
